When you submit a club listing through our Add Your Club form, we collect:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page

• Publish and maintain your club listing in our directory
• Contact you about your listing (approval, updates, billing for Pro listings)
• Send monthly performance reports to Pro subscribers

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Club Listing Information

Information submitted for club listings (club name, city, province, and website URL) is published publicly on PlayerZHero and indexed by search engines including Google. Your personal contact information (your name and email) is never published publicly.

Pro listings: Clubs that upgrade to a Pro listing may choose to publish additional information — including a logo, custom description, programs offered, a public contact email and phone number, and social media links. This information is provided voluntarily by the club for the purpose of being displayed publicly on their listing page.

If you would like your club listing removed or your contact information updated, contact us at privacy@playerzhero.com.

5. Cookies

We use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to operate our website and understand how it is used. Specifically:

• Essential cookies: required for the site to function correctly
• Analytics cookies: help us understand visitor behaviour (via Google Analytics)
