The 7 round 2 Pool A teams and the Pool B champion, seeded 1 to 8. Seeds 1, 4, 5 and 8 play in Pool A, and seeds 2, 3, 6 and 7 in Pool B. On Sunday the top 2 from each pool cross over in the semi-finals.
